In the Welysis Academy technicians and plant operators will be trained intensively for months to learn about the theoretical aspects of plant operation, as well as in a real and practical way in our operating plants in the Canary Islands. In addition, members of the WIN 8 (Welysis International Network) will receive continuous training in techniques, improvements and innovations that are developed in plants all over the world.
· We develop the skills of technicians and staff at the Welysis Academy, where they will work in a real facility.
· We train to respond in real time to any plant requirement, in key aspects such as safety, quality, maintenance and productivity.
· We guarantee the knowledge of respect and continuous improvement of plant standards.
· Life-long continuous training on techniques, improvements and continuous innovations in similar plants around the world.

Our Control Centre monitors production and processes in real-time to guarantee Total Quality to all our customers. In addition, we conduct annual audits to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability in all our plants, which are certified under the most important international Standards and Regulations.
· With our central control tower in Tenerife we monitor the products or processes in real time of the entire Welysis Network.
· We perform an annual audit to certify that the performance and efficiency of the plant meets the requirements of the investment.

We share experiences and best practices from plants around the world to ensure continuous improvement. WIN members can access the centralised maintenance management system to resolve incidents, make queries and implement technical improvements that have already been tried and tested in other plants.
· We implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) to emphasize proactive and preventive maintenance and maximize the operational efficiency of the equipment.
· We have a 24/7 Multilingual Call Center. With our Tenerife Control Tower we monitor product and process activities for all plants worldwide. Our technicians can provide online and live support to solve any open request.
· Our Global Technical Forum is the annual meeting point for all network users. We have an annual program of technical webinars and conferences to establish goals and strategies with all plants and help solve plant troubleshoot specific content for plant use.
