Continuous trainingWelysis Academy
In the Welysis Academy, technicians and plant operators will be trained intensively for months to learn about the theoretical aspects of plant operation, as well as in a real and practical way in our operating plants in the Canary Islands. In addition, members of the WIN 8 (Welysis International Network) will receive continuous training in techniques, improvements and innovations that are developed in plants all over the world.
· We develop the skills of technicians and staff at the Welysis Academy, where they will work in a real facility.
· We train to respond in real time to any plant requirement, in key aspects such as safety, quality, maintenance and productivity.
· We ensure awareness of the respect for and continuous improvement of the plant’s standards.
· We deliver Life-long continuous training on techniques, improvements and continuous innovations in similar plants around the world.
Quality system
Our Control Centre monitors production and processes in real-time to guarantee Total Quality to all our customers. In addition, we conduct annual audits to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability in all our plants, which are certified under the most important international Standards and Regulations.
· From our Control Centre in Tenerife, we monitor in real-time the products and processes of the entire Welysis Network.
· We conduct an annual audit to certify that the performance and efficiency of the plant meets the requirements of the investment.
· The best plants will be recognised throughout the network for their excellent work and as models to follow.
Best practices
· To ensure continuous improvement, we share experiences and best practices from plants around the world. WIN members can access a centralised app to resolve issues, ask questions and implement technical improvements that have already been tested in other plants.
· We implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) to emphasise proactive and preventive maintenance and maximise the operational efficiency of the equipment.
· From our 24/7 Multilingual Call Centre in the Tenerife Control Centre, we monitor product and process activities for all plants worldwide, with technicians available to provide live and online support to solve any open request.
· Our Global Technical Forum is the annual meeting point for all network users. We have an annual program of technical webinars and conferences to set goals and strategies with all plants and help solve plant-specific content and usage issues.

We select the best suppliers of both consumables and spare parts to ensure that our standards of quality and innovation are met. What can we offer?
